This summer has seen more weddings than we ever imagined possible since launching in 2006 and we thank all those couples who have chosen us for their special day!
We've worked with some wonderful bride & grooms and been privileged to dress hundreds of beautiful weddings..
Hot colours for this year have most definitely been Teals, Purples and Vintage colour mixes and extra touches such as buckles, soft ties and butterflies have also been really popular!
This year we have teamed up with even more local venues as recommended suppliers and are proud to be associated with so many wonderful westcountry venues such as..
Eastwood Park, Tortworth Court, Coombe Lodge, Kings Weston House, Bristol Marriot Royal, Bristol Marriott City Centre, Ston Easton Park, Mercure Holland House, Thistle Grand Bristol, Hestercombe Gardens, Langdon Court, Kitleigh House, Boringdon Park Golf Club, St Elizabeths House, St Mellion International, Holne Park, Two Bridges.. to name but a few!
Sadly this year we have heard more and more horror stories of couples being let down by companies claiming to specialise in chair cover services.. We always try and help out last minute wherever possible but cannot stress the importance of researching your suppliers before committing. If it sounds too good to be true.. then it probably is!
On a lighter note... this year we became proud sponsors of the Westcountry Wedding Awards.. As you may know, we have scooped up the winners prize on two occasions for Finishing Touches and were delighted to be invited to sponsor such a prestigious event.
We've also been invited to write for many bridal magazines this year.. discussing season trends and tips on venue decoration which has been great fun!
As we approach our seventh year in business we continue to maintain our excellent reputation in the wedding market place.. we still love what we do and our standards remain extremely high.. we've been quoted this year as a "well oiled machine" which we took as a huge compliment.. we'll continue to bring you new and exciting ways to transform your venue and most importantly we'll treat your big day with the care and attention it deserves..
Finally.. 2012 will bring some very exciting new projects for us at SWCC.. our team is expanding and we will be launching some wonderful new services to accompany our first class chair covers.. so watch this space ;0)
